LET’S BEGIN WITH HISTORY
For 2 millennia, the Jewish people have hoped and prayed to return to the land of Israel. Around the turn of the 20th century, properties began to be marketed abroad, and buyers in the Middle East, Europe, and America were excited by the opportunity to make this pipe dream a reality.
Many of those properties were purchased in the 1920’s and 1930’s, when Israel was a remote land in the first stages of renewal. The land was inexpensive and undeveloped, but the holy land was dear to every Jewish heart.
The Great Depression, world wars, the difficult conditions, and the stressful political situation that preceded the state of Israel’s formation, caused many landowners to immigrate to other countries, or lose the ownership documents. Some were killed during the holocaust and other wars.
Many of those who purchased land gave up on their dream of building a home in Israel, and the descendants lost track of the land they inherited. Some are not even aware that such ownership exists, others have trouble coming up with documentation of their inheritance or have no idea how to proceed with finding their lot after all these years.

OUR STORY
We are a contractor, developer and manager of properties in Israel, with decades of experience handling complicated projects. Many of our projects involve abandoned properties, requiring extensive research to find the current owners (or their heirs), as well as helping the rightful owners handle the management or sale of their land with integrity, and protecting them from questionable caretakers.
Behind every piece of land is an incredible story and a unique family situation. Despite the many legal challenges and hurdles involved in claiming abandoned properties purchased during the Ottoman and British Mandate periods, we find ourselves enthusiastically delving into each case, enjoying the process, and ultimately taking pride in being able to unite families along with their forgotten property, while helping them maximize its value.
